First have
proof in the scandalls and stop
embarrasing companies and individuals
like the cellcom story, its all false.
Check you source for the actual truth.
Cellcom even payed more than the other
GSM companies mentioned.Blame the
Government for low costs in liscences
and not Companies. Will you pay more
than what is asked for in a shop?

Corruption
is destroying the fabric of the Liberian
young democracy and the future
generation. I recommend jail time for
those who deliberately steal the
people''s money confisticate the stolen
money and give it to the poor.Thou shall
not steal, if any caught stealing he is
considered an enemy and a criminal,
criminal belongs in prison. Lock him or
her up and throw the keys into Atlantic
ocean.

It is not
enough to change the guards only to find
ourselves guarding the change;
instead,we must institute a complete
transformation of the system for the
better.

Give me
nine more John Molus, and they will do
ten thousand more work than the four
thousand corrupt officials in government
now. I''m ashame that we praise other
nations systems and don''t want to live
by system of virtue. To live is good, To
live vividly is better, To live vividly
together is BEST! Yours, Gabriel Nmah,

The laws
in Liberia to prosecute corruption in
Liberia is too weak as a result,
corruption will continue to remain.
There is a need for law reforms in
Liberia that will deal with corruption
such as consification of properties,
long jail term sentences.

ELLEN
JOHNSON is a real joke!! She too is a
rebel leader or should I say a rebel
sponsor and backer, so of course we the
national on lookers and investors are
going to experience and see just what
these people have been doing to each
other since the American slaves entered
that country and became Americas puppet
show. Ellen is just one of the roosters,
those American slaves didn''t stop being
slaves once they landed on that rich
soil in Africa they then after arrival
became exploiters of the people that was
there when they arrived. I totally
understand that Sirleaf can''t do it
all, but what makes it difficult for her
is that the high up jobs are being given
to her family and friends so that’s
where the conflict of interest comes in.
That kind of dealing is sure to land her
and the administration in a real no
prosperous situation. So while She and
Her buddies get fat the Liberian people
will continue to starve and live below
the poverty level while the world
continue to look upon them with disgust.
Ellen was so quick to point out that
unlike Oprah Winfrey she is part of the
original people as if she had more heart
for the people or if she was going to
really correct some of the damage done
because of her heritage. Don''t make me
choke!! Liberia would have been better
off by now if Oprah was the president of
that country. Ellen may have gone to one
of America’s best schools but she''s not
as smart as her studies. My mom use to
say when I was a little girl that there
was a such thing as educated fools and
that’s some of what we''re witnessing in
that country, but She should have gotten
the message when She went strolling her
but up to Canada and was played by the
President. He actually chose to be in
the company of a sports player than to
sit in her presence, the message was
that there is no respect for you here so
head on back home and straighten out
your ridiculous mess. Ellen is showing
just who she is by getting upset with
Morlu the auditor. That lets me know
that she is not ready to be straight.
See the thing that hurts Her the most is
that Her old buddy Taylor left her no
financial room to play so She''s going
around spending the little resources the
country has begging for forgiveness of
debt just so Her and Her family/buddies
can do the same thing. GOD HELP US ALL.
It’s not like Liberia is some peninsula.
Can they even afford to be this
illiterate and corrupt? My warning is to
every black investor that will consider
Liberia… BE AWARE!!! If this President
can’t accept her own country man audit
knowing that corruption is a deadly
disease in her government something is
wrong. How can she stamp out corruption
when any time corruption is exposed she
gets upset? The man that is licensed and
qualified to help in that quest is
working out of a hotel room with no help
or accommodations from the President...
what a bunch of crock, she too is a
criminal or should I say a shelter for
the criminals. Black Americo Liberians
really did their share of damage in that
place, so I just hope that the blacks
that will invest will consider the
people and not the HYPE !! My last
comment is to the Liberian people “STOP
relying on the government to do for you
what you can do for yourself, as long as
you can pull yourself out of the slave
man way of thinking preying on each
other and robbing each other of your
innocents the world will began to
respect you and look upon you as a
people and not as salvages.

Hi, Please
privide all the funding and recources
required by the auditor general to
effectively efficiently perform his
tasks. Remember AG is not witch-hunting
any particular, he is only helping to
expose those that are openly and
secretly engaged corruption with
impunity.

I,
strongly believe government should set
high standard for its citizens. Any
government officials find to be corrupt,
should pay a fine and put in jail.

The
Housing Project is built based on a
concept that the IDPs will have a place
to stay when they return. 3000.00 cannot
built the kind of buildings people have
in mind. Besides, the project is not
completed. I think other well meaning
Liberians like Mr. Donzo and co should
assist with installing basic serverces
in the village. Given what they will
contribute, a reservoir could be
installed that will keep flushed toilets
and sinks working out there. Gbessay

I believe
Mr Morlu is regretting making statements
that even a layman will throw out of the
window. He had no basis on which to
stand and say the Sirleaf government is
three times corrupt that the previous
government. He cannot say he made the
statement to push that government to
give him funds to prove the statement.
That is ludicrous. And let''s say the
government decides to give him the
money. Who will believe his conclusions
after his audit? Everyone will think
that his conclusion will be baised in
support of his assumptions. Mr. Morlu
has lost credibility by being so
emotionally immature. We need a new
auditor general who cannot mix emotions
with the facts.

I think,
Liberia as a democratic nation,
shouldn''t be in the business of rush to
judgement; It should probe alegations of
corruption, file chargers, trial all
cases. If one is found guilty, he/she
should pay the consequence

Liberia
problems have been the same old
thing-leadership failure. People forget
the changing age and time! Morlu is
commmendable for his bold stand on the
government''s corruption. And the
government should stop playing
defensiveness. Lips service of the
people which has been an entrenched
national life and pervasive influence in
national politics had helped raised
wrong leaders who had only turned
against the people themselves at the
latter end. This must stop! President
Sirleaf is no exception! Geor, Canada.
